SLG Life Settlements, LLC (“SLG”) is licensed as a viatical settlement provider or a Life Settlement Provider in the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
CCA Life Settlements, LLC (“CCALS”) is licensed as a Viatical Settlement Provider or a Life Settlement Provider in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, and Wisconsin. CCA Settlements, LLC (“CCAS”) is licensed as a Life Settlement Provider in the state of California.
SLG may also purchase policies in the following states that do not regulate the secondary market for life insurance: Alabama, Dist. Of Columbia, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
